Log in. I have searched high and low for a solution to this, so maybe someone here can ps4 download content on other profiles. I was able to log in and download the DLC when logged into my account, but when I switch to my wife's account I cannot access them. The songs don't show up as purchased. Did they change it for the PS4 or am I doing something wrong? I've even tried starting the game under my account and then switching users but it just locks up Rocksmith and I have to quit and restart it anyway.

Any help will be appreciated! Reply Share this post. I'm surprised that it worked that way for you on the PS3. I would think that DLC would be accessible only on the account that purchased it.

Maybe someone else knows better. At the Sony Website you can sign in and hit the Activate a Device button. If you don't have it activated, you cannot share DLC content with other users. Once you have activated it, you should be all set. If you've already done this, you should probably call Sony to figure out what's wrong.

As per this FAQ, your account should be the only one activated; is your wife's account her own, or a sub-account? When we first got the console, I had activated the PS4 under my account You can only change it so many times per year without having to call Sony and explain your situation and have them do it. If your wife's account is the primary activated there, she may have to buy DLC for both of you to be able to use it. Originally Posted by Rgrotegut Go to original post.

Sounds like I may be calling Sony to try and figure it out. Thanks for the reply. Not sure if this was necessary, but doesn't hurt unless you're using both to purchase content from PSN. They showed as purchased, just needed to re-download them. Upon loading the game again all the purchased DLC's were available to her. I switched back to my account just to verify it was on mine as well and everything is working as it should again.

I'm going to assume that even though I was able to download the DLC's upon initial setup of my PS4, it did not properly assign the licenses to my PS4 primary account. Most likely because the content was originally purchased via the PS3. Thanks for all the help to those that replied. Hopefully my experience can help other users in the future with this same problem. I have a similar query on this subject. I am a total Batman fan so I tend to buy and read all of the graphic novels I can get hold of, that I can afford any way!

I actually bought the Arkham Knight graphic novel from Amazon. In the back cover there is a redeem code for a skin. I have attempted to enter this redeem code whist logged into my UK PS4 account but it refuses it say it is invalid. I have established that it is a code that can only be used in the USA. They reckon that this will allow me to enter the redeem code and therefore download the skin.

There was no mention of whether it could be read across ps4 download content on other profiles on the same PS4, but I didn't ask, maybe because I didn't fully understand. I haven't done it yet as Ps4 download content on other profiles am not really sure of what I'm doing. I also don't want to do any damage! Can anyone give me any guidance on this? I'd really appreciate it. Contact Us Archive Top. The email address for your Ubisoft account is currently: Verify now.
