People who want a skill gap: setting good screens is a skill and should be rewarded, and bad screens should be penalized. Skill gap for some people only means "can i green this with my sharp". Happy to see another area of the game get a risk vs reward factor. This should help combat some of the zig zag behind screen cheese, while allowing a well placed and used pick and roll to shine.
